My name is Maurizio and I am a professional Outdoor Guide. Specifically, I specialize in canyoning and abseiling, with numerous national and international expeditions to my credit. After having played in the Italian Alpine Club of the Cagliari section and having contributed to the birth of the Canyoning section (gorge commission), I embarked on the path of professionalization by founding the Sardinia Wild Canyoning Association in 2015, of which I am currently president. In 2016 I created new routes by sea by creating the first Coasteering company in Italy (Sardinia Wild Coasteering). The paths created were immediately a great success, capturing the attention of prestigious national and international magazines. For two years in collaboration with the U.S.S.M (Social Service Office for Minors) of Cagliari, the Social Cooperative “Servizi Sociali” and “Casa Mariao” I have created an outdoor social project aimed at minor users included in the criminal circuit. The purpose of this experiential path was born from the common desire to let the users involved experience positive experiences in direct contact with nature.
